They helped us move to Phoenix from our house in Mesa and my bed frame got messed up along the move and had to take apart the entire bottom section to try and fix it ontop I had the bolts taped on the bigger frame and found only one bolt in the entire bag is completely torn -.- after they wrapped the entire thing .So i’m not really happy about this and curious if you guys are gonna be able to fix either because I’m out an entire queen bed frame that can’t be put together

Scheduled our move and the company closed without any sort of communication for the close and didn’t find out until went looking at it was on their website. So unprofessional and disrespectful!!

We used Alpha mover a couple of weeks ago. It was a horrible experience. Our brand new floor has a chunk missing because they threw a metal item down on it. One guy did all the work while the other(Pete) played on his phone. When I asked him to stay off his phone cause we were paying them by the hour he was super disrespectful and basically walked out. Practical letting our dresser fall down stairs. They broke some of our furniture. Also they just threw empty Gatorade bottles on floor of our house instead of using the trash. When I called the office about our floor and broken items I was told we would be reimbursed for items and a floor guy would fix the floors. We paid in cash. She said she would email us by the end of the week. That never happened. Now they will not answer or return our calls. If you value your stuff chose a different company. Just spoke with the operation manager who told me he refuses to talk to a woman on this matter and must speak to my husband. He told me he doesn’t wish to speak to his “old lady”. He wouldn’t even use my name only referred to me as my husbands old lady. He told me this matter doesn’t concern me even though it was my belongings broken. He wants to do business with the man. Obviously he was very sexist and chauvinistic. Overall one of the movers was very hard working while the other one literally played on his phone the whole time. Several things where damaged or broken. Everything was put in the wrong place. They are extremely disrespectful and rude. I would recommend finding a different company if you value your items time and money or if you wanted to be treated as a valued customer.Update: The operation manager showed up at our house unannounced at 5 and demanding we take down all negative reviews and sign something saying we will never write anything negative. While some strange woman recorded us on her phone. He said none of this is their responsibility! Honestly I am scared they will show up again. I may need to file a protection order. They were recording my minor children on my property without my permission! I can not believe the events that unfolded. This company made me scared for my children and my safety! Do not use this company if you want to feel safe in your own home.

Alpha Movers recently moved us into our new home. As we watched the workers, Pete, Liam, and Mike work, we were amazed at the efficient way they wrapped everything, including the door jams, put down runners to protect the floor, and wasted no time loading and unloading everything. They even put back together items that had to be taken apart for the move, and placed all the furniture where we wanted it, so we wouldn't have to try to move it later ourselves. They were on time, and very professional. We were very impressed with their work. We highly recommend Alpha Movers to anyone looking to move. Wayne & Debbie Kjorvestad

Mike and his helper (sorry I forget his name) we’re excellent!! They showed up on July 15 th right on time and had us loaded and ready to go in the time frame he estimated. They even went above and beyond what was expected. Highly recommend these guys

I had a heart attack the day before our move. While my wife and I were at the hospital, Alpha movers worked with my son and super sister-in-law to still pull off our move the next day. They even came back for free after I got out of the hospital to move some things that were not where we wanted. Great folks and very efficient!

Mike M and Ryan are awesome! I was helping my friend move and appreciated how they made the process as painless as possible for us. They were professional and got the job done quickly despite the hot and humid weather and the 3 flights of stairs. They make sure all of your items are safe and make sure not to damage your items or anything in the new place. They are fun guys and I will definitely keep Alpha movers in mind when I move! Would recommend.

We couldn’t be happier. Pete, Liam, and Timothy arrive on time and went right to work. They didn’t waste time and took great care with the very important large piece of furniture that was handed down for over 100 years. This piece was very special to my husband and he was so happy with the company and the staff. In the past he has had movers that took their time so they could charge more. Alpha Movers is not like this. They were very efficient and thorough, we will use them again for our final move north. 10 Stars!

We had one of our best moving experiences ever (and we were in the military). Great customer service and scheduling with Janessa getting the ball rolling. Mike was also helpful. I cannot say enough about this company. We had an appointment set up but unfortunately things didn't work out as planned so the operations manager made other arrangements to come a bit later, but to make things right with us he offered to provide all 8 Alpha movers to help us get our truck unloaded. These gentlemen, Pete, Liam, Dylan, Brandon, Sabastian, Mike, Jason, sorry can't remember the last mover, unloaded the 26' fully loaded truck in 56 minutes . We couldn't have asked for a better moving company...you will not be dissappointed. :-)

Pete, Liam and Branden did a great job on my move within state. They carefully wrapped up my furniture (even the ones that looked like they are on their last leg) and loaded it up. Every box and piece of furniture was treated with care. I didn't have help with the actual move so the guys put all the heavy item's where I needed, hooked up the washer and dryer, reassembled my large pieces of furniture and were extremely helpful to me. I appreciate them!I was in a bind with my moving date changing at the last minute and Jenessa in the office had a brilliant idea in order to rearrange their schedule so they could help me out. I highly recommend Alpha Movers! I used these guys to help my 83 year old Mom move into a new home. Jason, Nick & Rich, were efficient, kind, patient & knowledgeable. Before getting started, they used moving blankets to keep doors & entryways safe from bumps or damage, they sized up the job & started working quickly. They were also willing to wear masks during our time of COVID to protect people on both ends of the move. This was required & they had NO issues with it at all. I appreciate a company I can trust & whom are honest. I would use them again in the future for sure! Check them out. You will be glad you did!

This company is amazing. They worked fast and took very good care of our furniture packing it up and putting it back to where it belonged in our new house. I would definitely recommend them. I am SO glad that I used this service -- I recently purchased my first home and Alpha Movers definitely made the process much easier.Janessa was so pleasant during my initial call to get a quote and was quick to reply to my questions via email after scheduling the appointment.Nick, Ryan, and Rich arrived on time, padded literally EVERYTHING including the stair railing in the house I was moving from... all the doorframes... they laid down a runner on the wood floor and carpet protector thoroughly in the new home... they were quick and professional throughout the entire process.I also just have to say, as a woman living alone it's honestly always a gamble when using services that require men to come into your home & interact with you... I've had various creepy/uncomfortable experiences in the past with this from other companies/services, but these guys made me feel so comfortable and they were nothing but friendly and pleasant and professional. :-)

Alpha Movers are amazing. We contacted them to move my sister and husband from Yuma to Marana They were in Yuma right on time, handled everything with care and in the middle of the move, we decided it was too late and would be dark while unpacking in Marana. They were kind enough to drive their things to San Tan, store it in their secure yard overnight, do their morning move and in the afternoon finish this move to Marana. They were so helpful and understood the needs of older people. They were gentle with things, set up the beds, friendly and did a great job. We would highly recommend this moving company. Oh yes, and Janessa was a pleasure to work with also. I will always suggest them to anyone I know who is moving. Thanks again! Brenda

Dont look anywhere else! They are top notch workers. They work so hard, professional and all around are excellent. We only move 1.2 miles but Mike, Jason, Nick and Richard had our house all wrapped up and moved into the new one in about 3.5 hours! I had most of everything packed they came in and did their thing. They Take all the precautions moving your items as well as making sure you’re home does not get damaged in the process. Trust them with your move they also provide other service is not just moving they will come in and pack your home as well 10 out of 10 recommend. Go with them! Thank you Alpha Movers you guys are wonderful not to mention They were able to move my date Due to my closing date getting pushed back they were very understanding and getting me in for the day I wanted.

We moved from Gilbert to San Tan Valley in early December 2020.I selected Alpha Movers after reviews of many, many movers. They were consistently praised for their efforts and since they were local to San Tan Valley, we gave them a try.They did not disappoint and like so many other reviewers, Alpha Mover services were professional, quick, cost effective, and our valuables arrived undamaged.In addition to wrapping all of our heavy furniture very well, they took great care in protecting door frames, corners, floors, and wall corners that might get bumped or scraped. That is actually the first time in 3 moves in the valley in 30+ years I've seen that done. That was nice.I would use them again and will recommend them to others.

Alpha movers is the best moving company! They are fast, friendly, dependable, and courteous. I can't say enough great things about this company! I really appreciate their service. This was a very long day for these 4 guys Jr, Matt, Mike, and Dylan. They had to move from one 5 room home, bulk furniture multiple boxes, out of 2 large storage units, into 2 story townhome and remained friendly for over 12 hours! Thanks again for making a very long move possible.

We used Alpha movers to move our 5 bedroom home. We had them disassemble and reassemble 4 bedroom sets in addition to moving everything including outside items and a full RV garage full of items. We used 2 trucks and 4 guys. It took us 11 hours. It all seemed reasonable considering the number of items. I didn't realize I could hire 2 trucks and more than 4 guys. Next time I would hire more people to make sure it was not such a long day. Regardless we used JR, Ryan, Pete and Dylan. They were all amazing and cheery the entire day. We will used again!

On 8/26/20 a crew of 4 from Alpha Movers moved my two bedroom home from Storage into my newly purchased homes garage. I would have had them set up the furniture in the residence but I bought a home fully furnished.I was 45 minutes late but your staff was so patient and friendly. Hard to believe in this Arizona heat.They were swift in their efforts and would gladly use them again and recommend them to others.
